Esta pregunta se refiere al tiempo que la persona utiliza a asistir a eventos deportivos, de entretenimiento o a celebraciones cívicas, religiosas, fiestas patronales, desfiles, procesiones, misa, culto, etc. en la cual la persona asiste por voluntad (no forma parte de algún comité y está obligado a asistir), aquí debe de incluirse el incluye el tiempo de ida y regreso.
