La entrega de paquetes de semilla mejorada y/o insumos agrícolas forma parte del Plan de Agricultura Familiar, específicamente del componente de abastecimiento nacional, que absorbió el proyecto de entrega de semilla mejorada, que era impulsado por el anterior gobierno. El paquete agrícola contiene: semillas de maíz y frijol y un saco de fertilizante.
