Se hace referencia a cualquier cultivo "EN EL PATIO DE LA VIVIENDA", es decir en el espacio trasero o continúo ubicado inmediato a la vivienda. Este lugar debe estar ubicado dentro de la propiedad y hace referencia a su vivienda y no a la del vecino o a otros cultivos ubicados en otros lugares.
